  • How do I use my membership?

    Using your Chamois Car Wash & Detail Centre Go Plan membership is fast and easy. Simply visit any Chamois location, your vehicle’s licence plate is each member’s unique identifier.

  • How do I make updates to my account?

    Visit one of our 3 locations and a staff member will help you with any updates/changes you need.

  • When will I be billed for my membership?

    Monthly packages will be billed to your credit card automatically every month. The day you sign-up becomes your anniversary date for each consecutive month you’re a member. 

  • Can I upgrade to different wash?

    Yes, upgrade any time by just paying the retail difference.

  • Can I use my Chamois Car Wash monthly pass with more than one vehicle?

    Go Plan Memberships are for one vehicle only and your vehicle’s licence plate is each member’s unique identifier.
